Silver Path Health Solutions provides insurance advisory services, including but not limited to Medicare supplement (Medigap) plan comparisons, life insurance guidance, enrollment assistance, and ongoing client support. We are an independent insurance advisory firm and are not an insurance carrier. We work with multiple insurance carriers to provide you with plan options and recommendations.

Our services are informational and advisory in nature. Final insurance coverage decisions are between you and the insurance carrier. We do not guarantee the availability, pricing, or approval of any insurance plan.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Site and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms or communicating with us
  • Not use our Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site

5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

This section governs the terms and conditions of our SMS/text messaging program. By opting in to receive text messages from Silver Path Health Solutions, you agree to the following:

5.1 Program Description

Silver Path Health Solutions offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide clients and prospective clients with insurance-related information, including plan quotes, appointment reminders, follow-up communications, and service updates. Messages are sent to the mobile phone number you provide when you opt in.

5.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You can typically expect to receive 1 to 5 text messages per month, depending on your interactions with us, your inquiry status, and any upcoming appointments or enrollment deadlines. During peak enrollment periods (such as Medicare Open Enrollment), message frequency may temporarily increase.

5.3 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates from your wireless carrier will apply to any text messages you send to or receive from us. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.

5.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.

5.6 Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your wireless carrier, network conditions, or device compatibility issues.

5.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and other participating carriers. Carrier coverage and availability may vary.

5.8 Consent Not Required for Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Silver Path Health Solutions. You may use our services and obtain insurance quotes without opting in to our text messaging program.

6. Privacy

Your use of our Site and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Site and services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Silver Path Health Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We do not guarantee that any insurance plan will be available, approved, or priced at any particular rate. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and underwriting requirements of the applicable insurance carrier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Silver Path Health Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Site or services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Silver Path Health Solutions, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
